Knowledge Base: Monthly Billing

We are currently only setup to handle monthly payments, initiated through the web application. We cannot handle offline payments, annual payments, quarterly payments, POs, etc.

We do apologize if this makes it more difficult (or impossible) for you to become a hoptoad customer, but (currently) the number of people who would use these payment methods do not justify the amount of work it would take to get them set up.

In the future, we'll announce any change in this policy on our blog.
